Colorado School of Trades

If you are motivated by working with your hands to provide people with a valuable trade skill, then Colorado School of Trades may be the place for you.

Decades of experience have helped Colorado School of Trades become well-versed in not only being a gunsmithing school, but also a horseshoeing school. The knowledge necessary to become a professional in either field requires a level of hands-on training available at Colorado School of Trades.

Upon the successful completion of our programs in either gunsmithing or horseshoeing, you will have the training necessary to become a professional farrier or a gunsmith. As a farrier, you have to be well-educated with the different techniques to correctly shoe a horse. Knowledge on how to assess others’ work is also taught because it may be necessary to perform corrective shoeing.

It is important to be presented with course material to prepare you for all types of situations – Colorado School of Trades will do exactly that.

Our Gunsmithing program is just as concentrated and developed. You will be taught skills necessary to become a gunsmith. Our comprehensive course material also prepares you to become self-employed if you desire.

Don't just attend any trade school in Colorado – attend Colorado School of Trades, and learn how you can become a artisan/craftsman, with the freedom and flexibility of working for yourself and the knowledge that you're trained in a valuable profession.
